Pilsen malt, six row barley, and corn bring a light straw like color, while Sazz and Liberty hops lend crisp hop characteristics to this all American brew

Berry Wheat Ale 5.4% ABV | 20 IBU

Magnum, Citra, and Melon hops are added with lemon peel, pressed blackberry and raspberry puree

 

BRIDALVEIL

Honey Blonde Ale 5.2% ABV | 18 IBU

Local Parker’s Farm honey is added to this brew and is contrasted by Magnum and Citra hops

 

TRAIL BLAZER

American Pale Ale 5.4% ABV | 44 IBU

Amarillo acts as the bittering hop, while Mosaic hops create a tropical fruit aroma and piney flavor profile

 

TIMBERLINE

West Coast Style American IPA 6.5% ABV | 62 IBU

A touch of caramel malt with Cascade and Eureka hops lend a piney aroma similar to the air at Timberline

 

WAR PAINT

Red IPA 6.9% ABV | 69 IBU

Warrior and Columbus hops add bitterness and high hop aroma to this IPA while caramel malts give tint to the color

 

DARK HORSE

Coffee Stout 5.9% ABV | 18 IBU

Roasted barley, oats, caramel, and chocolate malt pair perfectly with local coffee beans from Pony Expresso

LAS MARIPOSAS

This beer was brewed to celebrate Mariposa’s 175th anniversary and rich history. Pilsner, pale ale malt along with Munich and chocolate create a malty easy drinker with a beautiful amber color. Cheers to 175 years!

Hazy IPA 6.2% ABV | 23 IBU

This brew features 100% German hops like Cashmere in the whirlpool, and dry hopped with Cascade

 

POMELO IPA

Grapefruit IPA 6.4% ABV | 68 IBU

Copious amounts of Citra and Mosaic hops lend notes of grapefruit, stone fruit, and resin

 

HAMMER TIME

Double Dry Hopped West Coast IPA 6.6% | 70 IBU

An ode to the misfits and our fellow blue-collar folks. This brew is double dry hopped with Mosaic, Strata, and Citra hops lending notes of dank citrus and mango.

Brewed with ginger root, sarsaparilla, sassafras, licorice root, and a touch of cinnamon and is enjoyable for all ages!
