Lemon peel is added to compliment the acidity of Magnum, Citra, and Melon hops. Before pitching yeast, a pressed blackberry puree and raspberry fruit extract is added

 

BRIDALVEIL

Honey Blonde Ale 5.2% | 26 IBU

Parker’s Farm honey is contrasted by Magnum and Citra hops, creating a versatile beer with a clean, round finish

 

TRAIL BLAZER

American Pale Ale 5.4% ABV | 44 IBU

Amarillo acts as the bittering hop in this pale ale, while Mosaic hops create a tropical fruit aroma, and piney flavor profile to this brew named after John Muir himself

TIMBERLINE 

American IPA 6.8% ABV | 57 IBU

This West Coast style IPA uses a touch of caramel malt while Cascade and Eureka hops lend a pine like aroma similar to the crisp mountain air you will find in the high sierras at timberline

 

WAR PAINT

Red IPA 6.9% ABV | 54 IBU

A blend of caramel malts gives this ruby tinted ale its color while generous amounts of Warrior and Columbus hops add bitterness and high hops aroma

DARK HORSE

Coffee Stout 5.9% ABV | 36 IBU

This stout is brewed with roasted barley, oats, caramel, and chocolate malt. We use local organic coffee beans from our friends at Pony Expresso to add flavor and aroma

Blueberry Milkshake 4.8% ABV | 22 IBU

Our seasonal Big Boss recipe is redesigned to add more blueberry flavor using local farmer’s market blueberries, and lactose sugar to give it a milkshake flavor and texture

 

DAY HAZE

Hazy Session IPA 4.0% ABV | 19 IBU

This seasonal beer is an easy day drinker, with big flavor and low alcohol content. We hopped this batch all the way through from first wort hop addition to dry hop with Citra cryo hops to give it a mind-blowing flavor punch

 

REDWOOD

Amber Ale 5.5% ABV | 32 IBU 

Our amber ale is a complex malt forward ale with mild bitterness. We used a number of specialty grains in this brew such as rye and beech smoked barley to give a unique malt flavor

 

#MARIPOSASTRONG

Pale Ale 5.4% | 44 IBU

Our first experiment with “first wort hop addition,” which is dosing the wort with hops when it first hits the kettle, and before boil. Citrus (grapefruit) notes come from the heavy Mosaic dry hop addition

The California common, or steam beer, is a hybrid style beer unique to the United States. This ale is brewed with a special strain of yeast lager that works best at warmer temperatures
